I WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND TO CHECK THIS SPOT OUT BECAUSE OF THE 5 GRAM 8TH.SO I DRIVE DOWN TO THIS SPOT AND GO IN, TO SEE WHAT THEY GOT. NOT A VERY CLEAN SET UP, LOTS OF OLD DRIED UP MEDS , ON TOP OF HIGH PRICES. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT I GOT A 8TH OF TAHOE KUSH. THE BUD WAS CRAP. NO EXAGERATION. I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH ANY AMOUNT OF THIS SO CALLED KUSH. WHAT A JOKE. BUT SHAME ON ME BECAUSE I KNOW BETTER. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY, THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT DONT GET ME WRONG, BUT WHAT TO DO WITH 5 GRAMS OF HERB THAT DONT GET YOU HIGH. OH WELL, YOU LIVE, YOU LEARN.

Another Type of Green is another collective that has great customer service and a great budtender. I didn't get her name, but she was very knowledgeable on all strains. They made you feel welcomed and forget about feeling rushed...You can easily spend 30 mins here just holding a conversation about anything and everything.

They're moving next week to a new location in Artesia. It's off the 91 and 605. This is regarding L.B's new ordinance that takes place at the end of the month. They will be updating their page very very soon. When I spoke to the budtender, she told me they had a lot of new strains. The board they have inside was missing those new ones, so be patient people. They have a boat load of strains!
This place is well worth the visit and has a great new patient special. The area is somewhat industrial, but it's not as worse as other places I've seen. The parking at this location isn't the best. There's only street parking, but it seems like there would be some available at various times of the day. I'm sure all this will change with the move.

(edit today!) Don't know what that guy above me is talking about. Their set up looks about the same as almost any other dispensary around. It's small, but they have a good way to view any buds. Maybe the surrounding area was a distraction. They're moving to a new location next week.
The building is right next door to some auto shop and down the street from a car wash. It looks alarming, but the staff knows how safe it really is. There's never been any problems in or around their location. Once inside, its just the waiting room with some chairs and the main room.

Everything has a number that matches the display jars. I was able to smell the buds from their extra large jars also. Smelled fresh, danky, spicy...I smelled that Tahoe Kush as well, so I don't think it would have disappointed.
I must have checked out about 5 or 6 different strains before choosing my buds. They weren't dry either. Nice fluffy and semi dense nugs. I smelled this one OG that overpowered all the rest though. I forgot the name but wow...The smell stayed in your nose for a few seconds after. Should have picked a full 5 of that.
If you're paying between 45-55 bucks for buds, thats a great price range. I know 60 bucks may be out of a lot of peoples price range, including mine. I don't mind splurging every once in a while, if I know the buds are quality. To each his/her own right?

I picked up an 8th that was split. Ended up with a generous 5 Grams(5.6) of Blackberry Kush and Platinum Purple. The Blackberry looks money. It showed how much care went into the bud. Packed full of trichomes...Looking also like someone threw some kief on it just for the hell of it.
The color is bright and jumps out at you. I don't know what blackberries smell like, but I know the taste. It also has a faint smell of lemon...Kinda like those fruit pies. The smoke itself was mild at first, then it comes back at you hard. It has this nice lingering taste. The high lasted about 1 1/2, but since I smoked back to back, it was more like 3 hours in total.
The Platinum Purple also didn't disappoint. Not a heavy smell at first, but wait until you smoke it. The distinctive purple smell hits. The taste is also smooth at first, then a hard hit awaits. It's weird, but I can taste the platinum lol. Another great bud in the long line of nice Purples.

This was another great experience for me. The staff and budtenders were very nice and helpful. I really hope they can keep the prices in that range. They have maybe 1 or 2 strains for 65, the rest is 60 and below. I'll be back to get myself familiar with the new location. Thanks a lot!

Hello mobile stoner. Their buds are worth it. If it's your first time, buy an eighth. Parking can be hard, though I parked right out front of the door. Mixed it up and loving the result. The herohuanna is a really mellow high, with slight effects of finally wanting to get to sleep. The old school effected like a sativa, but then again I was kinda excited about today. so maybe thats why i couldn't sleep again. I'm pretty stoned right now. hero really did the job. True indica. Working just all in my cranium. i want a samich. I find myself wanting to conserve on this purchase. Small bowls. Usually I smoke through a sack with a quickness, but that's usually when it isn't doing it's job the way I want it to. Smoke it, and be done with it. When coming across a finer strain, like this... well, I just wanna slow down the amount of which i smoke, to really enjoy the strain as much as possible. Did that with some purple kush down from long beach... will do it again for the hero. "Mmmmm thats good". shark face from finding nemo after taking a whiff of these strains.

Did not purchase any buds, but did try the hubby bars, and a pretzel. All high quality. 8/10

Nice selection, good quality bud, and super friendly welcoming staff. First timer deal is super. Got the Herojuana and Blue Dream. Would have posted my review yesterday, but after trying the Herojuana....I didn't move for awhile LOL! Blue Dream is a fun up kind of feeling,good for daytime meds. Location's a little sketchy, kind of an industrial area but the BT said they're moving at the end of the month. Well worth the drive for me and I'll be back for sure.

found this place lookin for good first time deals. here they offer a 5g 1/8th for first timers. i've tried another spot offering the same deal but, their entire selection was premature. at a.t.o.g. there was no bullshit, a full 5 grams of perfectly dry, sparkly bomb. free to examine their strains at my own pace with the samples in little jars on a spice rack spinner with an illuminated magnafying glass right by. then weighed in front of you... a good find with prices capped at a fair $60. i just wish returning patients would get more than the regular 3.5g for an eigth. also seems like a good place to buy bulk, they seemed stacked on stock. i was surprised with their very good quality. let us compare flowers to diamonds... false ones just dont sparkle like the real thing. this place has real weed =) thank you

Yikes, the meds are good but please lower the gram donations. Why list 25g when you know you can help people out with 20gs?

I have to start off by saying i will never go to this spot again! The service is horrible, they don't speak to you at all and when you ask them questions about the quality they have no clue. I gave this place a couple of tries, actually 4 times, just to see if it wasn't a one time thing. But over and over the service and atmosphere was terrible. I got an eighth all 4 times of supposedly their "best" and all 4 times I was given shake and no nugs. Do all your selves a favor and dont even bother with this spot, its not worth the time and their are other shops that have the same quality with a better atmosphere for half their price.

so far i have been to this place about 3 times and each time i have been there i was greeted with with some kick ass personalities. the last time i was there that same day i was going to the pink floyd experience laser show so i def had to pick up some goodies. the 2nd time i visited this place i was told that i should try the hubby bars and that they would def take me to another level. thanx for the suggestions from the lady b/t and the big asian guy b/t. so the day that i was going to the pink floyd show i decided to pick up 3 $12 hubby bars- 1 milk chocolate, 2 toffee bars, 1 $10 pre rolled blunt, 1 munkey bun which was a cinnamon roll and an 1/8th of some bomb ass SFV OG bud, if you havent tried this yet i def recommened this stuff. strong smell some what musky and a uforia high love it, a high that i cant explain. easy to read menus with numbers, names and prices with a spice rack on the counter with numbers on each little container containing buds for each strain on the board. so you can pop the tops off each little container and take a few sniffs or so and check the buds under the 2 big magnifying glass / lights. this place is probably the best i've been to out of 6 spots. i always walk out of there with a smile....

So I was really looking for a place that had edibles. This place was pretty much right off the highway so it's easy to miss. The staff was very friendly and was able to recommend some things I might like.

I haven;t used them yet, but they had these caramels that I am going to melt in to make some brownies.

One of the real differences with other shops is that they had sample jars you were free to pinch and smell.

Guys. I'm sorry this review is long overdue. I've been coming to this club since I got my rec. This is the chillest club I have ever been to. The couple who own the place are honestly the nicest people I have came accross. They're honest about they're bud and you can tell they really love what they do. They love they're customers. You never feel hostile or uneasy at this place. It is in a secluded area. Right off the 91 Freeway.

You can touch, smell, and look at each and every one of they're buds in the microscope if your into budporn. They have a wide variety of pricing and appropriately priced bud. They specialize in O.G's and man. That shit is some kill. The King fire O.G. is the business. They always have some fire in house bud. They're A.T.O.G. x Skywalker is fire. Purple K and Hindu Kush are bomb too. The menu is massive. Even though they're player hatin on Sativas at the moment *cough* rick *cough* I'm sure they'll stock up soon. They dont mask they're wack bud with names. they're low-grade bud of the moment is named well...cheap shit. This place is grade A. Will always remain my favorite spot. :) lol Keep it g and stroll by and see for your self


Edit: The hippie needs to be there more often. Ask to check out his bongs when you come by.
