I like the selection of the strains they have on the right hand side, quality is good. To bad the ones on the middle of there display have to more than $50 bucks. I come from aways to get the good bud, I just don't have the luxury of having that kind of money! like if being a diagnosed for a sickness isn't bad enough. The atmosphere is outstanding! a sense of freshness as you walk in and the staff is outgoing, addressing a patient by his name while conducting business is very important. I love going to this shop because its my get away from home. the metro red line is doing big things, The exit is Beverly and Vermont! You cross the street and your there. It just don't get any better than that. Its a good spot. hopefully one day you'll be able to light up in there.

I picked up some dry as well, i asked scott for something compared to Church OG and he pointed me out to some Cotton Candy which in no way was close to Church OG whatsoever, yes it was potent but the buds were dry and when i bought the OZ I put it in a container when i pulled it out i was sad to say alot of it became shake and dust. Another thing was i bought a $8 pre roll and the paper was so cheap it burned quickly and unevenly so yeah the last trip i kinda felt cheated seeing i bought so much and got kinda screwed as well. Yes the buds are cheap but having dry buds is never nice.I can't hate saying all their shit is weak but I will say i agree with the dry buds. But on the other hand, I didnt see any of their $50 stuff that was dried out and thats real talk, the only dry buds seemed to be the $45 and under stuff which seems to have been sitting there a while. So to avoid dry buds i say pay five more dollars and you won't have that problem.
Lastly I have had CHurch OG, Herojuana, El Fuego, and Ogre all which were fifty dollars and all were top notch quality so like i said don't complain if your not spending the extra five dollars for their quality stuff so you can really know what the good reviews are about. THe dry bud reviews I will agree must have been the $45 AND UNDER because i've bought it and it does kinda suck. Potent yes, but dry... OH HELL YEAH!!! As Stone Cold Steve Austin would put it.

What is with all you people who give all these people shit for reviewing a collective how they 'feel' it is. That is what weedmaps is for, for users to voice there 'own' opinions about a dispensary, & the 'users' to decide if the dispensary has the best bud or is the best place. Not the dispensary.

Hands down this place is a really cool place, is it the best in the world or best in cali, no. Do they have bomb bud? yes. But is it the best in the world like they claim, no. They have some really high grade meds but common, best in the world? you guy's obviously haven't tried the fullerton family farms. Lets all chill out, be adults & use this community to find the best buds, best collectives ect, not fight saying we have the best & the others don't compare & flip out when u get a bad review. Face it we don't live in fantastland not everyone is gonna agree that medco is the best. Everyone has there own opinion!

HEY homes apparently you went on a bad day. i went to medco about 5 days ago and they had over 70 strains and a frige full of edibles and lots of hash and earwax has also. give it another try

I liked this place but it wasn't "all that" when I went in for the first time the other day.
But here's the negs:
1) They advertise 70+ strains but had nowhere near that when I went in
2) They had no hash or edibles when I went in
3) The bud is on the dry side, seems like they either like it that way or just don't care for it right (seems to me they must know the right way, so they just don't care about it); but it's okay - good quality

On the bright side:
1) They people are nice
2) They have parking (though I hope the guard doesn't sleep on the job, because it is not a great area at all)
3) Their prices are better than most, especially for 1/8's and bigger; grams are a bit high, but not too bad

If the place had even half of the strains they have on this page, then it would be my #1 place without a doubt, but it seemed they had none of the 4-5 I asked for by name when I went in.

But I will go back, if only to see if it's better next time. If it is, I'll up my rating with a 2nd review or edit this one. I'd say it's "above average" based on friendliness and price and selection, but not "Best In Town" by any means.

i was sceptical by these mixed review but im very pleased to say this place is my new fav spot, i drove down yesterday from Beaumont near Palm Springs (120-130 miles round trip) it was my first time so i got a free edible(kitkat bar) n got a half oz of Purple Pineapple Express i was very happy it wasnt dry n it smells dank, i also got 3 oz of cooking trim...just made sugar cookies this morning n they were bomb! Gonna go back today and get the Bananna OG

this place is great. They have a good selection and fair prices. The herb does appear kind of dry. They do let you check out the herb by yourself. The edible was good but I didn't feel anything from it. I got 2 half oz's for 275, pretty good and the bud is well worth the price. I think the staff was cool, could have been more engaging in conversation especially since they weren't busy at all. The security guard is way chill, I don't know what someone did to piss him off.

Anyway this place is well worth a try. I went there on friday the 13th twice from the IE because I forgot my wallet. Still worth the drive. They even have a restroom for patients. Thank MEDCO.

THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL!
I was in LA just a few weeks ago for something else and remembered reading about this place on this site. The thing that caught my eye was the really high bud rating with a LOT of reviews. In fact they are one of the top if not the top dispensary in their area every week. SO I had to check the place out….
I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the parking lot was full. Be ready to wait in the waiting room and possibly to park when you come here, in other words, don’t show up on your first trip here at 15 minutes to close because you may not get in.
The security here is top notch and I felt completely safe. Every door is electronically controlled and there are cameras in the parking lot as well as every room you are in while inside.
I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get inside and then I had to wait another 5 minutes or so on the couch inside the dispensary while a bud tender became available.
My tender this time was Bob who was very knowledgeable and wrote down the expected effects of each strain on each of my bags. He even wrote whether they should be used during the day or only for sleep at night.
I only purchased one quarter but I left with 4 strains to try out. And what strains!! I mean WOW!! $50 cap on almost everything they’ve got except for 7 strains. So I had Bob make some suggestions and he really took care of me based on the description of my needs. I haven’t been pain free like this in a LONG time.
SO I went back this week to try out those higher priced strains ($60 per 1/8th) and I have to say while they are fantastic!! you will not notice a HUGE difference from the other strains they offer, which I mention this as a testament to the potency of ALL of the medicine that they carry. I am very happy with my purchase and will probably try the other high end strains again next visit however I will definitely get some $50 ones as well.
If you were wondering what the most AWESOME, dank, sticky, stinky, dense, potent, High Times quality bud tasted/felt like, go here and see. You won’t be disappointed.

since when did this website become a place for shit talking? you all need to get over yourselves and remember what these dispensaries are here for. to help people with certain ailments and symptoms that other meds cant. not for little kids who think they're the shit because they have a medical card. if you're so bothered by this place, shut the hell up and open your own dispensary =)

I love the convenience of this place. Parking signs, lol. Staff is always chill. Pretty good buds. I would like to see the oz. prices on the top shelf come down. They have good hash, when they can offer it. I just don't like that I have to pay so much for top shelf oz.

This place is great!! one of the best dispensaries there is. The prices are super cheap and the quality is great!! I got some Pine Bubba for like 40 1/8th, and it was bomb!! Also, they have like 70 plus strains! It's kinda far because I live in the Inland Empire, but worth it. Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries

I JUST PICKED UP SOME SOMA SKUNK, COMOTOSE, PLATINUM MASTER, STICKY CHEM DOGG, DYNAMITE AND EL FUEGO. ALL WERE FIRE! I WILL SAY SOMETHING ABOUT 2 OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED. THE DYNAMITE GETS THEM LEGS WOBBLY AND THEN JUST KICKS IN LIKE A CHAMP ALL OVER YOUR BODY AND THE EL FUEGO, LETS JUST SAY THAT IT'S FOR THE BIG DOGS, PUPPIES LIKE THE GUY BELOW ME SHOULD STICK TO THAT STRESS.
