I took a trip to The Tea Pot this Sunday. I must say I'm happy with what I got, I walked out of the place with an oz for under $300. They let me mix & match, so I got some Pot Of Gold had an OK amount of trichomes, the taste was so, so. Now the high was worth it! The Purple Rhino is a clean and nice high but thats all I liked so I wont be getting that again. The Jack Herrer is frosted with trichomes, taste was so good and the high is one of the best I've had in some time. And last but not least Strawberry Dream, from the smell I thought that I was not going to dig it but Strawberry Cough and Blue Dream are some of my favorite's so I took a chance. I'm glad I did, all around this is GOOOOOD!!!! The shop was nice, they only had about 6 strains and not much else I wont be going there for anything but the buds. I will be back.

Please don't advertise 1/8th's at a cheap price, and when I get there try to sell me shake. If you want to sell your shake, then advertise it as such. Or roll it up in some joints, or add it to your tea. But Please don't mislead me with ads that lead me to believe you have top quality bud for a low price, and I get there and it is shake. That is not cool. Cute place, but I most likely won't be back. I don't like the whole bait and switch scheme.

This place has a really nice atmosphere, and the owner is pretty tight. If he puts a nug down and it weighs a little more than what you're buying he'll normally just give it to you fat. They've got good tasting tea and it would be a very cool place to go chill out, nice room with chess boards / checkers and stuff.

Bud quality is some of the better in the area, the white queen I got there was ridiculous and priced at only $43 an 1/8. However, my only complaint with this place so far is it's slightly inconsistent. It's all pretty high quality but for example, the purple rhino i got should have been great, but was dry.

Pricing is overall good, but I only give it 3 stars due to the inconsistency here too. One time I came in and the eighth was only $40, another time $50, another time I got free tea another time I got charged for it.

Overall I recommend this place and I think the inconsistencies are due to the fact that it has just opened and they're trying to figure out what works. I'll keep coming back.

I went to the grand opening of The Tea Pot Lounge today and it wasnt much of an opening. The location was in a small house on federal with some parking in back. They offer a tea lounge which is nice with some tables and what not, I got to try a bit of the tea and it was quite tasty. After talking to the owner Chaz it seemed they didnt quite get ready to be fully open, he did show me a taste of what they will be offering once they do actually open and it looked pretty good. I believe he called it "ed rosenthal" and said it was rare genetics, either way it was a nice bud with good trichrome composition.

I will probably stop in again when they are fully open to see what has changed.
