Good place and good selection.

I have been going here for well over six months paying $80 a quarter and that was for top shelf. Now that some of the staff has been moved to the growing warehouse now i am being charged $105 a quarter. This was my favorite shop and was the only one i would go to. I easily spent $500 a week here now i will probley wont go back there.Which really sucks cuz i love this place and most of the staff but now that im gettin charge over twenty five dollars a quarter i cant afford to go back to this place.

I loved the staff they went way beyond what need too! I was very happy to find this place.. However the bud was NOT too good I got a very strong chemical taste from the three strains I tried.. The price was good but I wouldnt pay $5 a gram for the quality I recieved, and I paid $17!!! If their product improves I will be back I think their just new to the game...

I have been a customer of Natural Remedies for quite a while. The people were nice, and it was an upstart business in my neighborhood. I like to support new local biz when I can. The shop has grown nicely as the dispensary was in a small office in the early days. The new dispensary room is very nicely appointed and is comfortable, the mood is usually very light- something that I appreciate. However, over the time I have been a customer, I have had to introduce myself to a whole flock of new employees. Some were there longer than others with several being very knowledgeable. It seems there is always a new face and the staff that was there in the early days, who carried the knowledge, are no longer with Natural Remedies.
The bud quality has always been a gamble in Colorado Springs as the many growers were showing their own "growing pains" with product that was harvested too early, not flushed, or sold wet and not cured properly. For this Natural Remedies was no different than any other shop in town, there is good medicine if you know what you are looking for- and I always found meds that suited my needs at NR. However, better knowledge in the purchasing staff can help to "weed" out the inferior product. I have found some decent meds there recently, but they were harder to pick out among the crowd of undesirables.
For all of the good experiences I have had with Natural Remedies, I really appreciate a business with a stable staff, especially in my MMJ caregiver. When I began to see a new face every week, and the core group who knew their business was gone, the writing was on the wall...

Learn how to grow more before using chemicals very harsh bud. It was Like smoking rice crispies with all the crackle and pop. Nice place bad medicine.

top shelf in this case means tumble uncured and not properly flushed medicine. By far the worst quality meds Ive seen yet. I stopped in on monday to check it out and at new places I tend to test the bud tenders to see what they know and mostly to see what there smoking. The guy tells me hes got some hog weed hes been holdin back cause he just got it and its his favorite.... Fire was what he said. LOL long story short it tasted like dryer sheets so I took it back and to my surprise the jack herer he traded me for the hog was just as bad. It took almost 2 grams to feel anything from both. bottom line is quantity never means quality. they are one of the few dispensaries I know of that actually sell bunk brick weed and advertise it as such. IMO its all bunk.

Good place, especially if you want a constant supply of generic strains (AK, Blueberry, etc.). I'm more into exotic strains and new crosses, but sometimes it's good to fall back on the basics.

However the staff isn't the most educated on their cannabis. I needed help with picking strains best for me after remission, and all they could tell me was how stoned I would get from the different types of weed.

The most impressive thing about this dispensary is the convenient location. The place is nice and clean too; and well decorated. The staff, although very kind, seem to know very little about the medication they are selling. The quality of the medication here is sub-par to say the least. A female employee was pulling out jars for me to check out and what I saw was disappointing...it looks like all of the bud has been heavily tumbled or shaken of all of it's trichomes. I'm not super picky, but I think that my medicine should be covered in shiny resin glands; it should NOT look like a piece of dull bush that someone trimmed off their hedges. I bought some of the Green Crack to not be blatantly rude, and also to give the weed a chance...I should have saved my money. I won't be going back there ever again, even out of desperation.

Natural Remedies wasn't a bad place to be and the location is convenient; but I want to get what I pay for...and $55 an eighth for garbage is ridiculous.

Still love you guys. The new hash edibles are great. I am greatful for the pills. Thanks for the warning on the extra potency! They were easily twice as potent as the ones you had before! Keep up the great work!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I just started using cannabis for my arthritis
and injury pain, which I have daily. I have not been able to take the majority of pain meds
because they all were eating my stomach up, and leaving me in worse pain.
I went to Natural Remedies MMJ, and they were helpful, and informative about the process
of getting my MMJ card. They also were able to tell me which products would be more helpful with my pain management. I am learning to start with only a little at a time, until my body becomes more used to the initial feeling you get when using marijuana. It is enjoyable, once you relax. It has certainly reduced my pain level to where I can enjoy getting out and walking for my health.

The prices are pretty equal to the market in Colorado Springs since they dropped their prices.
I give them credit for being fair, in trying to stay equal to competition in prices. They have a good selection, and will help you in your choices if you tell them what you need & like.

I only gave them 3 stars for convenience because parking can become limited quick if they are busy.
This is usually not a problem, and they have good hours all week, so you can come in when they are not as busy.

Give them a try.

The girl at the front desk was kind of a green pea, no answers for
anyone. But I liked it.

Don't waste your time with this one, I'll save you some trouble. This dispensary does have a good location, that's why I still stop by from time to time - but that's about it. The staff used to be good, but it seems like they all left - you know that's not a good sign. Now there's just some rude and uppity short-haired lady that I would prefer not to have to deal with again.
As for the meds - either they don't know what true high quality is, or they just aren't willing to carry it. Everything looks like it was grown poorly (under cured or left on too long, and pretty much everything I've had from here has had a harsh, chemical taste). The edibles have been good in the past - I used to buy the capsules all the time, but recently I bought some and they were different - these don't do anything. Oh well, another turn for the worse.
I used to go here, like I said, mainly for the convenience and the pleasant staff, but with the old staff gone, and so many other options becoming available now, It just doesn't make sense to deal with this dispensary any more. Bottom line - new lousy front desk person, some meds were good, but they don't carry them any more, topped off by a generally cruddy atmosphere... try a different option and save yourself some time. I can't help but wonder who could be writing the positive reviews about this place, because, from my experience, they're way off. Maybe the owners write their own reviews and post as other people...

This is the only place in town that I will go, and I've been to basically all of them. The staff is amazing, and exceptionally helpful. There are usually some pretty good selections of bud on special, and although the top shelf is a little more than some other places in town if you don't like what you get you can always bring it back and trade it for something else, and they are always more than happy to swap it out for ya. If you need a good dispensary to go to in Colorado Springs then this is your best bet.
