Compassionate Pain Management, LLC (CPM) provides the opportunity for patients suffering with debilitating medical conditions to live the highest possible quality-of-life through the use of alternative healing services.  Providing a safe and professional environment and consistent variety, we consistently strive to provide the best service possible.

CPM is also a full-service holistic healing center having teamed up with an experienced team of massage therapists, acupuncturists, along with many other modalities to bring a well rounded approach to help ease your ailments.  Our location is easily-accessible from the Boulder Turnpike at the Louisville exit.  We are one block North on the N/W corner of W Dillon and McCaslin (the map above doesn't show the true location).

Another one close to me and out of Boulder. They know there stuff in there and have some great strains. I love the hazes and they have a great Mango Haze--very fruity!! The staff and the location are really great. They are right off the highway. This is the other one close to my house so I am in there pretty regularly and they always remember me.

I really like this place!! I have been to alot of dispensary in the Boulder County area and this place is right up there with the best!! They really take pride in the quality of their meds! The Durban Poison is Bomb they said its 100% organic but it smells amazing and the high is wonderful!! The place puts off a really classy and professional vibe and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The price is decent and the selections is pretty good! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone go check it out for yourself!

They had very nice and friendly staff who helped select the best medicine for my particular needs. Some of the best looking and smelling medicine i have seen in all of boulder county (particularly the strawberry kush). And a huge selection of edibles, ranging from coconut and chocolate chip chocolates, to sugar cookies to honey tincture and more.

The setting is very professional and private, and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in or around boulder county.

The caregivers here took the time to answer my questions and were very knowledgable about every aspect of this industry. They have killer buds and they dispense meds in glass, very cool!

There is no need to look at any other dispensaries, this place has it going on. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else.

Having visited several dispensaries around the state, these guys have created an amazing atmosphere. The massage and acupuncture rooms were still being finished out so I didn't get a chance to use them, but these guys had the most amazing bud i have come by so far.

The "durban poison" is phenomenal, and i brought a ten gram grenade sized bud of "mr nice".

Overall a great place and extremely convenient for me being in louisville and something i would recommend to others. I'll be sure to go by there next week to pick up some "ak-47" clones.
