I gave 2 stars for everything, because nothing was bad, but nothing was great. I went in a few months ago and I loved the atmosphere, the people were friendly and they seemed to have some really good product. When I went in the other day, it was different, maybe new management or owners? I just didn't feel as good about going in. There are some new females working there and they just weren't as polite as the gentleman- so if they are still around- let them work with the public again. It could be that I am just more moody and picky since this is my second round of chemo, I was a bit more upbeat because I was just about to start my first round when I went in a few months ago. This place is under the freeway and the parking lot is a bit scary, however they now have a security guard, which I didn't see before, however the guard was on his cellphone the entire time I sat outside before and after I went in. The product was decent, but nothing I can't get anywhere else where the employees are compassionate and I feel safer getting out of my car. If I do decide to go back, I won't buy anything if their customer service is as cruddy as it was the other day.

Guess I was right!

I went to this dispensery for the first time a few months ago with my mom. After we finally found it after about a half an hour, we finally got there. The lady who answered the phone was not even helpful to us when we called for directions when we were lost. They said "ugh.....under the 10 freeway." Then when she checked us in she took her time while talking on her cell phone like it was way more important. We finally got in and asked about our free gifts. They said we only have one bubbler left so whoever wants it gets it. My mom being the nice person she is said I can have it. I allready had 3 bubblers so I told my mom to keep it. She liked it and was very pleased. The bud tender told me to tell the lady in the front that I didn't get my gift and to mark it in my file. We paid our stuff(that wasn't what I expected)and went out to the front to tell the lady about my free gift. She said no problem and we went on our way. Well I visited again about a week ago and they staight up told me "sorry looks like your S.O.L., we don't do that anymore." W.T.F#*%!!!!!!!!!!! I am never going back again after that!

NOT EVEN FOR FIRST TIME PATIENTS, THEY SAY COZ THERE PRICES ARE SO CHEAP ALREADY...WELL YOU CAN GO TO OTHER PLACES WITH THE SAME PRICES AS THEM AND GET ALL 1/8'S WEIGHED OUT AT 4G. AND STILL WALK OUTTA THERE WITH SOMETHING FREE! BUT FIRST VISIT WASNT TO BIG OF A DEAL.... NOW FOR MY SECOND VISIT WHICH WAS A WEEK LATER, WENT TO PURCHASE JUST AND OZ OF BLUE CHEESE THIS TIME... UNFORTUNATLEY FOR ME THEY WERE OUT.... NO BIG DEAL I ASK THE GIRL WHEN THEY WOULD BE GETTING SOME IN SHE SAID ABOUT A WEEK I NOTICED IN THE PART WHERE YOU PICK UP YOUR BUD THEY WERE BACK THERE WEIGING OUT A SHIPMENT THEY JUST GOT IN, ANYWAY I PURCHASED SOME BLACKBERRY KUSH AND GRAPE APE AND THEY WERE NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. SO IN A WEEKS TIME I WENT HERE TWICE GOT 2 OZ. AND GOT NO HOOKUP NOT EVEN A FREE BLUNT I HAD TO PURCHASE THAT MYSELF!!!!! COME ON MAN AT LEAST GIVE A FREE BLUNT! SO I LOOK ON THE WEB THE NEXT MORNING AND WAS LIKE WTF!!!! THEY HAVE BLUE CHEESE!!!!!! AND I JUST WENT THERE AND ASKED THEM SPECIFICALLY FOR THE BLUE CHEESE DROVE 2 F**KING HOURS 4 TOTAL ROUND TRIP TO COME HOME AND SEE THAT SHIT!!!! AFTER ASKING THE LADY AND HER REPLY TO ME WAS A WEEK! THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THE EXTRA COUPLE MINUTES TO STOP WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO WEIGH OUT AN OZ. FOR A PATEINT THAT DROVE THIS FAR TO THEIR PLACE!!!! THATS NO EFFORT IN COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!

just cruzed through a week ago, took about 20 mns to get in but there were alot of people. Once i got in met th guy in the back, Just asked what he was smokin at the time and he turned me on to some great skywalker. Couldnt go wrong w/ that great price will be back soon.

The place itself is "actually" under the 10 freeway, in what I would consider a pretty ghetto area, also because of the nature of the one way streets, unless you know the area it is somewhat difficult to locate. Parking was fine, The interior of the store appears to be well kept and clean, however they were under construction and painting at the time.

They were painting while people we're in there, which I think is a complete disrespect for peoples health. 1) The paint smell was intense and the guy painting is wearing a mask (I'm sure there's a reason for that), and 2) They are painting in the main bud room, so you cant even smell the bud.

These people where extremely disorganized and in some cases even rude in my opinion. The lady I gave my recommendation and ID to, left before it was even processed, and I guess she didn't make anyone aware what she did with it, which is weird because my friend and I gave our papers at the same time and he received his back almost immediately. After asking 3 people for it and being somewhat ignored I was at the bud-tender and asked her basically "WTF where is my information ?" She told the other girl to "watch us" and took a min or two, to get my information back to me.

(To prove that they are disorganized simply look at the menu on this very page! different things listed two times... terrible formatting, ROFL,really ?.... come on man)

The weed itself is decent, but nothing amazing anywhere, the price is fair for the quality. However after examining a few of there strains, I'm not certain these Strains are "genuine" or were poorly cultivated. There Jack Herer for example looks more like Wack Herer compared to other clubs.

Once you select a weed you are given a receipt, and go to a security window, kind of like a bank teller window. The guy at the window didn't say anything to me besides "45 dollars", and he constantly kept trying to look behind like I wasn't there, which somewhat annoyed me.

Also there is NO FIRST TIME PATIENT GIFT. When I asked I was told that there prices are already so cheap that they dont give first time gifts. Well I would like to say that I go to places where the cap is 45, better neighborhood, they have superior bud quality, better customer service, and they give you a free gram for first time, for referrals, for every 10 visits, and for your birthday.

All in All this place is nothing special.

i heard so much hype about this place that i finally decided to pay a visit. i went there with my friend, and as we are filling out the paperwork you see a big line form out of no where(didn't bother me) i turned in my paperwork, so did my friend, i got my id and recommendation back but they couldn't find my friend's paperwork. they were very disorganized. i think the big line threw the clerk off and lost track of my friends stuff. anyhow....it took about 10mins before we can get into the bud room where two budtenders assisted us. they have samples of the strains in a small container (which was weird), they ask you which one you want, write down your order in a receipt and give you a copy, then you got to go to this other window in the same bud room to go get your weed. there, you give them your copy and they weight it there and you pay there as well. the staff here doesn't care much for you, budtenders don't open nothing up so i didn't know if i could smell them or not, you have to take charge and ask. the people that weight the stuff for you are not even paying attention to you, they just look at the receipt, judge the purchase with their looks and tell you thank to come again. the only cool person here is the security guard, that guy greets you and tells you to take it easy on your way out. the buds....ok price, ok quality. i got what i payed for pretty much. $40 for 1/8 of some stuff called braid damage or brain dead(can't remember), and i don't even think they got that one posted up here. it was decent herb for the price i guess, but still i've been in places where the quality is out of this world for the same price.

ps: NO free anything for new patients!!

These guys rock. Picked up some Purple Wreck the other day, shit was killer and almost half what i have paid in the past.

These guys know whats up. Would of gave higher staff rating if there wasn't an "incident" that was their fault but they did fix the situation. Keep up the good work fellas.

The people here are cool. They are really friendly. Prices are great!!!! I tried some purple wreck. It was awesome. It tasted smelled like candy!!!

This is a great place it makes u wonder how do they keep open with such low price. First I was skeptic of the price and the bud quality for the price. But to my suprise the bud quality is well above average. Most of the bud I get from this place is dank I have only gotten 1 bud from them that's didn't meet my expectation. The best place in whole Los angeles area. This place should be a romodel to other dispensary way to go.
