Price- Average 55 for 4grams, most worth 50 for 4grams.

I remember it all like it was earlier today...

We were heading back from visiting family on the coast when the wife told me I had been a good boy and we could check out a collective/dispensary on the way. I had read the review YH had written, and was jealous and anxious to check this place out. I pulled out the droid and checked the weedmaps app, saw that there were lots of familiar and some not so familiar strains, and that I could pick up a happy hump day gram from some place new. Luckily we were just a few miles from Eartheart, so I told her that was the one for sure.

The shop was easy to find, and we parked directly in front. The doors were wide open, the doorman was charismatic and easy to talk to, and the lobby/waiting area was clean and warmly decorated. Verification was quick and painless. I was told to come on back, and given the tour of the varieties of medications in the budroom. The bar is a circle in the middle of the room, with different jars of different strains set out for inspection. I was already excited just to be visiting a collective during the middle of the week, that I missed any introduction, and went straight to what I wanted. One gram of Sativa or a Sativa heavy Hybrid, for 20 bucks. At this point, I had already pulled the 20 out, declaring basically that I trust whatever you would give to a first time customer. The budtender asked what kind of activity I'd be using the meds for, and I told him active/play, that I already had a nice Indica at home for insomnia. Then we started talking about video games, what we liked, and at this point I wasn't just talking to someone selling me pot, but to someone who could recommend to me something that I was specifically looking for. He said I wanted the Grandaddy Haze, I said cool, he said that'll be 20 bucks, I handed him the 20 I had been fidgeting with since walking in. On my way out, I introduced myself, and caught his name. Eric then handed me a joint... HELL YEAH, FREE JOINT! I thanked him again, thanked the girl working the front door, thanked the biker doorman... everything was awesome...

Until we got about to Riverside and I was looking on weedmaps, reading the menu, and noticed that the Grandaddy is listed at 15 dollars a gram and not the 20 I paid... then I opened up the sack, and pulled out the container to find a very fat, dense, beautiful, frosted, orange bearded peace of awesomeness. In pen on the outside is written that it weighs 1.6. I don't have a pair of digital scales, so I'm not sure on the exact weight.



Edit: This comment has been up for awhile stating that I was overcharged for my purchase, and nothing has been done to acknowledge this... which leads me to believe that this collective doesn't actually care about the patient... which means I won't be back, there are too many collectives in the land to visit without spending time giving repeat business to someone who doesn't care. For this I have altered my original ratings as well. The staff takes a hit down to one, because it wouldn't be that hard for someone to admit their mistake, especially since Eric said that he was the manager there. He was probably too medicated at the time to be handling money or dispensing meds. The price also takes a hit down to one for the fact that I was charged 5 extra dollars for something that wasn't worth it. The more I think about it, the more pissed off I get. Don't bother responding, I won't be back.

P.S. What's with the lies? You're not the biggest in the LBC and you don't have the best ratings... I guess you have to lie to get people to come visit?

this place is koo nice staff and the 4 gram 1/8s worth the trip.

it was a nice spot by my house. the only thing i would say that could be improved is the prices...... i have had the same quality if not better medicine for lower price. other then that its a cool spot to go to.

Recently visited eartheart collective and it was great. Big Sonny actually invided me to the even a few weeks ago and it was off the hook. The location is very easy to find because its in a strip mall and its pretty hard to miss their sign. They had a good amount of parking in front and all along the strip mall. It was pretty crowded that day so i actually found the last parking spot so im not sure what the parking is like on the reg.

The atmosphere of this collective was A+. They receptionist was friendly and i was verified quickly. I loved the way the bud bar was set up in a circle so that many patients could be helped at once. They also had many chairs and pictures around to make you feel at home, unlike most clubs where its just one counter with maybe one picture.

Although i did not look at all the strains or concentrates, they seemed to have a very big selection of quality meds. I had the pleasure of trying two of their strains: M-39 and Bubba Kush

M-39:
Although the owner or any of the tenders did not know the genetics of this strain, after smelling it, i came to the conclusion that it was trainwreck crossed with something. It produced a very nice head high for the first 25 min or so the started letting off an all around body high followed by a mild crash. It was a very good smelling strain and trichome development was pretty good. Pretty much 70/30 (cloudy/amber) trichs so it produced quite a punch when smoked in quantity. Would be idea for anyone suffering from mid-sever anxiety or anorexia (made me very hungry).

Bubba Kush:
I have had Bubba Kush SO many times i lost count and Earthearts Bubba did not disappoint. It was not the best looking bubba I have ever seen but the effects, aroma and taste were all there. It produces a very heavy body high that puts your body/mind in that couch-lock state of mind where you dont feel like moving or getting up. The aroma was semi-sweet with a musty/earthy scent and the taste was identical to the aroma. It had mainly cloudy trichs but the domes were HUGE and you can feel the quality after one large snap. This strain would be ideal for insomnia or even chroinic pain/muscle spasms.

All in all, I really enjoyed my visit to eartheart and would not hesitate to return when i am in the area. Thanks again eartheart and thanks Big Sonny for setting this all up! I'll be back!

All your ratings are relative. Though I did not find the budtender helpful what good does a good price mean when the bud is boo boo. What good is a nice atmosphere when the bud lags. Ok nice parking. The staff was patient but so what when the weed is whick whick wack. In the end the OG is not worthy of a city title. i had to go find some real Long Beach OG. Who smokes a domino?

I just came back from Eartheart about two hours ago, making a trip all the way from Santa Ana/Anaheim area. This was my first time visiting a dispensary in Long Beach. Finding the location was very basic and there was plenty of space for me to park (might be busier @ a different time). I was greeted by a nice lady in the front as soon as I walked in. Registration was quick and convenient with only one double sided paper to sign.

I was then led to the gigantic budroom they have with a bunch of sample jars to examine. I liked the layout alot with the dark lighting, smoking tools on the walls, and other fancy material they have for decoration. Although the room is dark, they have microscopes for patients to use with lighting. My budtender for today was the same lady who registered me in. She was nice and did not rush me in anyway.

I checked out most of their top strains and they looked alright. After a few minutes of examining their selection I went with the ever popular OG Kush, Mr. Tang, and Black Domino as my free gram.

I would come back again if I'm near the area.

Mr. Tang (HYBRID)

Looks: Leafy like a sativa. I know this is a Nugporn strain, but I've seen other strains that contained more trichs.

Smell: Sweet. Kinda fruity yet not to mix it up with a citrus scent.

Taste: Like tangerines/oranges, no kidding.

Buzz Type: Still feel a mild body high with the ability to focus. Euphoric.

Use: Mood enhancement. Anxiety.

Grade: B


OG Kush (INDICA)

Looks: Tight nugs with little leaves. Light green.

Smell: Nice strong OG hint. Trust me, a blind man can even identify the smell. Like lemon + fuel.

Smoke: Smooth

Buzz: Very sedative, couchlock buzz. Feel it in the eyes.

Use: Good for insomnia, appetite, anxiety, and for others with depression.

Grade: A-



Black Domino (INDICA)

Looks: Dense for a lower tier strain of theirs. A dark brownish color. Leafy. Can definitely have more trichomes.

Smell: Sweet rather than skunky. Maybe like tea? Reminds me of the Shaman Kush smell.

Taste: Sweet

Buzz: Very sedative as well. Stuck in one spot type of buzz.

Use: Apetite, joint pain, body aches.

Grade: C+

Alas, YH is here to finally put his 2 cents in about this Eartheart place in Long Beach. Yea, I've heard about the amazing meds, yea I've heard about the rap parties and beautiful budtenders (who actually know what they are talking about!) and all the other hooplah, but what does it all mean? Nothing to me, so I had to go check it out. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to have my first visit on August 3rd, which just happened to be the DPG album release party, as well as a sampling event for some Top WeedMappers. I saw something about this event in the forum when I first started really participating in this site, I said "what exactly is going down on Aug 3rd" and the night before around 9pm, BigSonny sent the kite out that he would love it if I stopped by.

So, I left my house for the hour drive over to Long Beach to see what this was all about. I came utterly unprepared for what I was about to experience. I had a little stall trying to find a parking space, which I eventually did on the main road (I believe this situation presented itself due to the fact that there was a major party going on at Eartheart, so nothing docked for that). I walk up, and the smell hit immediately from outside! I walked in and it was sort of a normal lobby/waiting area. I told the receptionist that I was invited by BigSonny and let her know that I was VIP to check things out. Within 2 minutes, I was greeted by one of the friendliest genuine people I have ever met- BIGSONNY! He then told me to come on back---this is where the story really begins.

I walk through the door to the back, and immediately the setting went from a warm, quiet, and inviting business front to a realm of amazingness that you can only really appreciate if you are there. None of the anything said or filmed about this place/event does it justice. There were hundreds of people, about 35-40 strains of medication, super beautiful budtenders rolling blunts for guests, members of the media, some pretty sweet names in the MMJ community, a chef cooking medicated food; and most importantly, my fellow WEEDMAPPERS (and some DSDers ;-])! I am not going to BIG UP anyone in particular, but it was an excellent experience to meet and sesh with you all, you know who you are.

After about 5 minutes into me being there, I was given some Eartheart Bubba to sample. For me, this herb would be a prime choice as a daily functioning medication. These delicious, clean, natural, earthy hits left me feeling very relaxed and ready for whatever came my way, and boy did it! Eartheart Bubba is very potent and I would consider this a very prime example. I remember feeling the effects almost immediately.

Alright, the next sample (and by sample, I mean Sonny coming around just scooping handfuls and lining the entire area with bud) was the Mendo. Very smooth, citrusy hit leaving you with a nice head lining. Didn't look the best I've seen but since we were going to be breaking down a large amount relatively quickly, this wasn't the most important factor.

Next sample, M39. This herb was probably one of my favorites for the event-being. After this, I was immediately energetic and all over the place. Reminded me of a fresh Christmas tree in a living room, had a pungent pine scent. This sticky sativa was also, in a way, perfectly dense. Broke apart nicely and as I am writing this, I can really go for some right now! ;-)

So, with these 3 samples tested, there were also about 4 types of wax going around, bong hits left and right, more OGs then LA County Jail.... and all the medicated food!

I would like to point out quickly that I am reviewing this not as a customer who went in picking up medication and went on my merry way.... but I am more looking at it in relation to the criteria (Bud Quality, Atmosphere, etc). With this being said, I am also not inflating my review because I had the privilege of having this amazing opportunity.

Here's the scoop. The Bud Quality is very good, not the best I've seen/consumed in my life, but very high quality and potent. I appreciate the fact that a majority of their medication has a great scent to it. Atmosphere, come on? Huge budroom, 30+ strains with many of them being very good quality, hundreds of people smoking at the same time- atmosphere cannot be described to accurately portray what was going on. The staff, amazing. I had nothing but 5 star treatment from the second I walked in with any questions I had answered in detail. Parking was a little sketchy, but that was most likely because of all the people that were there, they had to park somewhere! Price-wise, they are the opposite end of what were think of when we hear "You get what you pay for." You pay a little more, but you get very effective, potent medication. I would like to see them come down about $5 on their 8ths, but that's just me. I am used to getting raped here in the IE anyways, so this is actually less expensive then that so I shouldn't really be talking, but you know what I mean people!

Eartheart, 8/3/10 was a day I probably will never forget. It was the epitome of an Ultimate "420" experience. Other than the experience itself, Eartheart is a top-notch shop. The wide array of strains provide the patient with a multitude of choices in price and selection. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEARTHEART Collective and look forward to stopping by soon. At that point, I will write an additional, patient-oriented review.

I was at the EartHeart Strain Tasting party on the 3rd. Had a very good time but I'm not a super social smoker, so I tried to some excellent meds, made some great purchases and headed out to make room for the more hearty partiers. I have been back three times since the party and everytime I get excellent customer service, beautiful buds at great prices and there always seems to be something new to try. This afternoon I was lucky enough to be there when two new strains hit the counter. I purchased them both plus some of my new 'gottahaveit' fave..Lavender. I got 00 og and Hindu Cheese as well. The Hindu I've had before and it rocks but the 00 og was new for me, so I lit it and hit it. It's 5 star in every way and I'm going back later tonight or first thing tommorow to stock up on a little just in case. The Lavender smells and tastes so amazing and the high is so smooth but also damn serious. From what I saw while I was there, the Hindu Cheese is flying out the door.....dank, dank, dank. Thanks again to the very good folks at EartHeart, you never let me down. I like that Hot Chocolate Sweet Relief too! Thanks for recommending that. See you really soon.

There seems to be a lot of confusion concerning this collective. I for one had to visit Eartheart due to all the great reviews and hype(heck they had DPG on their grand opening!) so I mos def had to go and see what all the hype was about!

First of the location is great and the collective itself is one of the biggest with a great atmosphere that just makes you feel at home! And I always find it a plus when they have samples jars for you to examine the meds!

The staff is also great(remember guys were all human)and they do their best to attend you. While the customer service is great, their lack of knowledge of their product shows.(Still cant figure out why collectives hire pyt's that are clueless of the product)

As for as the bud quality goes, i'm gonna go on record and say it's ok buds. Mos def not the best that Long Beach has to offer. With that said, a 45-50 cap sounds just about right.

Now the thing that really bugs me is all the false advertising(Eartheart is not the number 1 rated club in LBC). Saying that other collectives are closing when they are not and only having some strains per gram. All this makes me feel like their is a smoke screen you need look through.

All in all a good collective that does a better job at marketing.

Eartheart I would like you to know my TIME IS VALUABLE. My condition requires top quality meds. So when you put out that my collective is closing I went to Eartheart. You have very little top grade Medical Cannabis. They LB OG you do have is not on par with level of my real collective. Your staff was of no help in choosing meds and did not know of the promotions you tell everyone about here on weedmaps. The joint I did walk out with I am sure was not organic and would have made me sick had I smoked it before inspecting. It does live up to it's name Black Domino sounds tasty.You led me on a wild goose chase as my collective is still running. You Google and Weedmaps sure wasted my time.

I purchased some of the og kush and the h.a og they had. Combine those with the samples of bubba, m-39, and the mendo og and you have yourself an array of meds. that Eartheart has to offer. All are properly triched and smell dank! The h.a resembles a diesel more than an og. The og i scooped for 55 is sick. Great look, smell, and taste. The effects of the the flowers were killer. The Eartheart bubba was sick too but bubba isn't my favorite strain. The m-39 looked and smelled like jack or trainwreck. Super citrusy with a nice uppity type high. Great meds. to sample and meet patients with! The mendo og was super dank! Lots of trichs. and lots of smell. The look of the buds was exquisite! The taste was on point too! Big sonny kept coming around with different samples and they were all equally dank! It was a wonderful time all around! peace

Collective was close to my house, like 15 mins alway. When I was there I registered then forgotten. Then when i was inside the Budroom, I was told two different prices I wanted a 1/8 of some white widow the guy told me 55, then the girl said it was 60, and they didnt give me a discount! I got an 1/8 of earthheart bubba og kush for 55, and 1.1 of Black Domino.... the shop was wack overall....

First of all, very easy to spot, easy to park and plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff, even for first time patients new to the collective. The first visit, I was greeted, shown to the samples where i wasnt pressured to choose or hurry up with my decision which is key, some places seem so pushy or dont like you to browse around at your own pace. I made my choice of some LB OG, which was light green, dank, smelled excellent! $55 got me 4 grams of that, plus 1 gram of Bubblegum for being a new patient. The bubblegum was a good bud! tasty smoke and a high that kinda creeps up on you after you have medicated!

I brought in a referral patient friend of mine and went in with her to help choose some quality meds. Again, friendly non pushy staff helped us with some of the new bomb buds in, along with some other bomb popular strains. We decided to go with an 8th of M-39 which turned out to be one of the stickiest buds ive come across in a while, great smell with a good sativa head high makes for a great time. We also were BOTH treated to a free gram for being a new patient, and also a refferal gift from the budtender there. He gave us Black Domino which was a lil dark green but it seriously had a kick to it, do not under estimate some of the buds you get, they can surprise you with how potent they really are! To top it all off, my friend also received a free blunt, now thats just awesome!

Again thanks Eartheart for being a great caregiver, Great prices, Great location, Easy in and out parking, fast for new time patients and a staff willing to make your visit good and let you leave with quality, thanks again!
